Zoning and Infrastructure services are carried out by our regional directorate. 

Zoning Process 

Project controls during the zoning process, issuance of building permits, establishment of building occupancy permits and issuance of business and working licenses are among the duties of the regional directorate technical team. 

Organized Industrial Zones Implementation Regulation 60 published in the Official Gazette No. 30674 dated 02/02/2019.According to the article; 

After the Land Allocation Agreement, 

1- Project Delivery and Approval = 1 year

2- Building Permit = Limited to 2 Years. 

In case of problems arising from the delay in project delivery and approval processes, an additional period of 6 months may be given according to the relevant regulation. 

If the Building Permit cannot be completed within 2 years, the chairmanship of the board of directors may grant an additional period of 2 years, provided that there are reasonable reasons.Additionally, if the period is insufficient, an additional period of 1 year may be granted upon application to the Ministry. 

Following the receipt of the Building Occupancy Permit Certificate, a Business and Working License is also issued by our Regional Directorate.All transactions are carried out by our Regional Directorate, and the Regional Directorate teams have the authority to control and audit at every stage. 

Infrastructure 

In infrastructure services, wastewater discharge is collected by the infrastructure of our region and discharged to the Municipality Advanced Biological Treatment Facility, thanks to the Pumping Station located in our Region, in accordance with the protocol made with OSKI. 

Sewerage Connection permits are also documented by our Regional Directorate in accordance with the procedures and principles of the Implementation Regulation.
